Buying Search

Retainer fee of £500 for a three month search.

Success fee is 1.25% of the property purchase price.

Rental Search

Retainer fee of £500 for a two month search.

Success fee is one month's rent with a minimum fee of £1,250.

Relocation

Priced on an individual basis and corporate packages can be arranged.

Negotiation only

10% of the amount which we negotiate off the purchase price.

 

All fees are subject to VAT.
