With a background in investment banking and property PR, Jo combines sound analytical skills with an in-depth knowledge of the property market.
Having worked on the trading floor of two of the world’s leading investment banks, she is an experienced negotiator with a proven track record of obtaining the best deals for her clients.
Through her career in property PR, Jo gained an extensive network of contacts and she has a thorough knowledge of the property market from prices and areas to planning issues and design trends.
Since establishing Sourcing Property, Jo has assembled a close team with strong business and property backgrounds, who have expert knowledge of their areas and work closely with tried and tested property professionals including solicitors, mortgage brokers and tradesmen.
Jo is a frequent commentator on the property market in the national and trade press and writes a regular column for Property Square magazine. She is also the property and relocation expert on various TV programmes, including ITV’s Homes and Property series, BBC1’s 6 O’clock news, ITV’s London Tonight, and BBC2’s Daily Politics.
