Property Management

We provide a comprehensive property management service for landlords renting out their properties. We manage one off properties for some of our landlords and complete portfolios for others.

We believe that there are three key elements to good property management:

1. Minimising void periods
2. Running your property cost effectively
3. Good communication with you and with your tenants

We manage properties throughout their letting cycles, from transferring utilities and organising safety checks to handling tenant queries and fulfilling your landlord maintenance obligations during the tenancy.

As well as providing an excellent service, we are able to negotiate signficantly lower letting agent fees for all of our landlord clients: 1) a reduced letting fee and 2) no renewal fees – these are waived entirely if your tenants stay beyond the first 12 months.
