Relocating to London can be a daunting task, whether you’re familiar with the city or not. Our relocation service is flexible and we tailor it to the needs of each client, according to the individual level of support required. We appreciate that your time is often limited and unlike many other relocation companies, we preview all properties before we show them to you, to ensure that you view only those which will be of genuine interest to you.
Our services include:
1. Orientation Tours
London is an eclectic mix of different neighbourhoods, each with its own architecture, social scene and property price range. We appreciate that there is a lot to take in when deciding where to move. We will take you on a personalised tour to show you around, highlight the pros and cons of each area and show you example properties.
2. Property Search - Buying or Renting
We work with you to compose a focused brief of what you require from your new property and its location. Because we cover the whole of central London, we can provide advice about areas and prices so that you can make a more informed decision. We then search the entire market on your behalf, preview all properties, and shortlist those which match your criteria. Some clients will want to view lots of properties to get accustomed to the area, and others will want a faster, more streamlined service. We tailor our approach to suit you.
3. Local Area Reports
We can provide local area reports to give you an overview of the infrastructure and demographics of an area, including information on local services such as shops, health providers, schools, leisure activities, etc.
4. School Searches
We can provide information about the UK education system and the different options including state, private and international schools. We can also supply lists of schools in the property search area and arrange meetings with head teachers/school representatives, accompanying you to the meetings if required.
5. Moving In Service
There is a fairly extensive list of administrative tasks which needs to be dealt with promptly when moving into a new home to ensure that the move goes smoothly. Our service handles all the details from arranging removal companies before you arrive, to correctly registering you with the local council/utility providers/mail redirection and all the other details in between. The service is professional, meticulous and helpful; it’s like having a personal PA while you move.
