1. INITIAL MEETING/CONVERSATION
This enables us to fully understand your requirements and what is important to you. We can also advise you on local areas, rental prices and current market conditions. If you wish to go ahead with our service, you will have one member of our Sourcing Property team representing you from start to finish.
When the right property is found, we discuss negotiation tactics with you, including your preferred move in date, contract length, and any special requirements or conditions to your offer.
