The London rental market moves quickly. Our relationships with the London letting agents and reputable private landlords gives us access to the best properties ahead of the rest of the market, which gives our rental clients a distinct advantage over other renters.

We ensure that you spend your time efficiently, only focusing on the best options and, when the right property is found, we’re here to make sure you are properly represented. We negotiate all aspects for you including rental price, move in date, break clause specifics, tenancy extension terms, lease restrictions (there are often many hidden within a standard tenancy agreement) and any special conditions to the tenancy.

1. INITIAL MEETING/CONVERSATION

This enables us to fully understand your requirements and what is important to you. We can also advise you on local areas, rental prices and current market conditions. If you wish to go ahead with our service, you will have one member of our Sourcing Property team representing you from start to finish.

2. PROPERTY CRITERIA

We work closely with you to compile a focused and realistic brief which takes into account your requirements and preferences. This is emailed to you so that we are all clear on the initial search criteria.

3. PROPERTY SEARCH

We thoroughly search the market on your behalf, working with all relevant estate agents and our network of reputable private landlords. We then shortlist the best properties.

4. VIEWINGS WITH YOU

We organise a viewing tour and drive you to each of the shortlisted properties. Viewings are arranged back to back, enabling you to easily compare the best options and make an informed decision.

5. NEGOTIATION

When the right property is found, we discuss negotiation tactics with you, including your preferred move in date, contract length, and any special requirements or conditions to your offer. We then handle the negotiations on your behalf. Our negotiating power means that our service often more than pays for itself over the course of your tenancy. We give you a competitive advantage if there are other offers on the property as estate agents know that we act for serious tenants and we bring speed and efficiency to the process.

6. SETTLING IN

When you move into your new rental property, we transfer the utility accounts into your name(s) and provide you with a tailored moving pack, including a checklist of the organisations which need to be notified about your move.
